Stop and Smell the Cormorants

In late July, Hurricane Dolly struck the southern skirt of Texas known as "The Valley." That stand for the Rio Grande (or Rio Bravo in Mexico) Valley.

Thousands were flooded in a place that doesn't get much rain.
