Synopsis For The Coastal Waters From Bonita Beach To Suwannee River-
Synopsis
Strong surface high pressure will remain north of the marine waters along the mid Atlantic coast extending southwest to the northern Gulf through early next week. This high combined with lower pressure associated with Tropical Storm Ida moving north through the northwest Caribbean will keep winds and seas elevated through Sunday night with hazardous boating conditions continuing. During Monday through Wednesday tropical cyclone Ida is forecast to move north into the central Gulf where it will linger through mid week. For the latest on Ida please refer to advisories being issued by the National Hurricane Center.
